Essex Music Agency is seeking to appoint a Director to manage the agency, which has been set up to work with the music industry and public and voluntary sectors to nurture talent, encourage innovation and enable the local music community to thrive.

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who is able to make things happen. If you are passionate about music, well organised with relevant experience we would like to hear from you.

You will be working with Essex County Council Arts Development and Essex Music Services, Colchester Institute, Orchestras Live, Youth Music, music venues and other key county partners. Budgets will be available to support the development of new initiatives.
