As Artistic Director you will inspire others to build on macrobert’s success. You will bring the vision, drive and creativity to position macrobert as a national centre of innovation and artistic excellence for work for all ages with particular emphasis on young people.

You will have extensive programming experience and a history of high achievement at a senior leadership level within an arts organisation of comparable complexity. You will be an outstanding leader with excellent communication, entrepreneurial and team-working skills.
